Job Title: Harm Reduction Coordinator

Rate: £20.00
An exciting job role has recently become available at Kirklees.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will support people using needle exchanges across the area, directly intervene with service users in one-to-one settings to address alcohol/drug use or other issues, provide community support for individuals and families to aid their recovery, and signpost individuals and families to other supportive services.

Qualifications and Experience:
You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
