Summary We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to keep Hardwick Hall & Stainsby Mill in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. Hours: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 1560 hours per year, and on average, you'll work 30 hours per week but again, this will be flexible depending on operational demand. You'll work around 5 day per week (6 hours per day) from Monday to Sunday, including regular weekends. Due to the size of the estate, moving between the different parts and buildings, you'll need a full UK driving license. Internally you'll be known as a Facilities Co-ordinator. For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. What you'll be doing As the Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be making sure that Hardwick Hall & Stainsby operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. Your typical day consist of working your team of general cleaners with presentation standards for both visitors facing and back of house areas. Regularly being involved as an extra pair to go the extra step whilst also covering core cleaning duties. Responsibilities across the week will include organising cleaning schedule, setting work priorities and monitoring progress, being in control of cleaning stock levels across the site, maintaining COSHH records & as possible support with building compliance, contractors and maintenance.
