* Lead by example as a positive and professional role model, fostering an environment of motivation and excellence.
Person specification
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
Experience
* Minimum 2 yrs. Critical Care experience
* Some Management and leadership experience
* Staff development, teaching and appraisals
* Experience in other specialities e.g. renal, other specialist units
Skills
* Patient focused care
* Able to teach/ supervise others and mentor junior members of staff
