Job Title: Head of Members and Partnerships Location: Kenilworth Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Contract Type: Full-Time/Permanent (hybrid) Benefits: 25 days annual leave, free parking on site and pension Role Overview: As the Head of Members and Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and engagement of our membership base and developing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage members, as well as identifying and cultivating relationships with key partners to support our mission. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organisations, businesses, and individuals that align with our mission Manage and nurture relationships with existing members and partners, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling membership and partnership materials Monitor and analyse membership and partnership metrics to inform strategy and decision-making Represent the charity at events, meetings, and conferences to promote our mission and build relationships Lead and mentor a team of membership and partnership professionals Drive and implement new member recruitment plans To be the first point of contact for members To motivate and coordinate the network of Support Groups so as to deliver strategy and objectives To ensure Support Group compliance with financial and reporting regulations Develop and implement a fundraising plan to deliver approaches to trusts and foundations Develop and implement a new individual giving programme Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector Strong strategic thinking and planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Experience in developing and implementing membership and partnership strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have valid UK driving licence as you may need to attend company events
