Requirements for the Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager:
* A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is advantageous.
* Over 10 years of experience in accounting or financial services, with leadership experience.
* Experience required in the CAAS domain.
* In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams and direct accounting operations.
* Expertise in client relationship management.
* Strong skills in business development and sales.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Skilled in using accounting software and related technology.
* CPA certification is a plus.
* Experience in process improvement and change management is beneficial.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms is preferred.
Other Key Requirements:
* Must be local and able to work on a hybrid schedule.
* No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
