This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience. As a Learning and Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating, updating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees. Creating engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and presentations. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments. Maintain an accurate training log and skills matrix with a full audit trail. Working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to identify skill gaps and provide guidance on improvement opportunities and training needs. Conducting horizon scanning, documenting all industry and regulatory changes that impact the organisation and its training materials. Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to identify departmental training needs. Develop new and existing employee training materials to incorporate regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with requirements. The successful Learning and Development Co-ordinator will have: 1 years of experience in training and development (desirable) Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
