About the Role: You should have proven experience within a manufacturing environment, be able to handle the fast pace and show your knowledge and skills. It's important you can give examples of your leadership style and how you've managed a team. This role is Monday to Friday - £50,000.
Qualifications:
1. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in working with process equipment, P&ID's.
3. Hold Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) in Electrical & Mechanical.

About the Company: I'm working closely with an FMCG Manufacturing business and they're looking for an Engineering Team Leader. You would need to have excellent communication, as you would be leading a team of engineers to keep in check and provide the best results.
Responsibilities:
1. Motivation of engineering team through effective leadership and coaching and development of team.
2. Control of contractors & maintenance suppliers through effective performance reviews.
3. Eden apprentice mentoring.
4. Support Maintenance Excellence roadmap implementation plan for site.
5. Adherence to planned maintenance schedules through effective resource planning.
6. Adequate plant cover, as required, through effective resource planning.
7. Undertake analysis of CMMS data to assist forward planning, opportunity for equipment improvement.
8. Fully support end to end PMS.
9. Review maintenance activities and identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness.
10. RCA/5 why analysis/problem solving techniques.
11. Support the site and departmental 5s programme.
12. Develop maintenance improvement techniques.
13. Drive and support Reliability Centred Maintenance/FMECA activities.
14. To liaise with manufacturers of specialist machinery, equipment and component suppliers to promote standardisation, improvements and cost effectiveness opportunities.
