TPF Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a dynamic and growing client based in Redhill, currently seeking an Accounts Assistant / Semi-Senior to join their friendly and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment, working across a diverse range of areas including accounts, audit, bookkeeping, VAT, and tax.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of financial statements for a variety of clients
* Assisting with audit processes
* Managing bookkeeping duties
* Preparing VAT returns
* Supporting the team with tax compliance and advisory services
* Liaising with clients and responding to their queries
* Working collaboratively within the team to deliver excellent client service
Requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 months of experience in an accountancy practice
* Strong foundation in general accounting principles
* Familiarity with bookkeeping and VAT preparation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
