What the Job Involves This role involves providing comprehensive support to Executive Directors, managing communication and correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. You will coordinate the Executive Directors' diaries, ensuring all necessary briefing papers are prepared. Responsibilities include managing filing systems, drafting correspondence, minute meetings, and ensuring SLT meetings run smoothly. You may also supervise and guide Director Personal Assistants, delegate tasks, performance-manage team members, and ensure the VIP function adheres to procedures. Keeping abreast of changes in policy, you will also liaise with other agencies to strengthen service provision. Flexibility is required in this role, and you may undertake additional activities as directed to maintain high service standards.
