The Role As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and processing new business applications and servicing existing clients. Liaising with providers to obtain policy information and managing client records. Preparing client reports, valuations, and meeting packs. Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures. Providing exceptional client service and handling queries efficiently. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an IFA Administration or Wealth Management role. Strong knowledge of financial products, including pensions and investments.
