We are currently recruiting for dedicated and passionate Education Support Workers to join one of our College's teams.
This Residential Special School is based in Lingfield, Surrey. They are part of a multi-disciplinary team which includes their Therapy and Health directorates as well as their pioneering onsite Research facility.
This Residential College provides highly specialised education for young people from 19 - 25 years of age, primarily with Epilepsy, Autism, and severe learning difficulties. Set in stunning grounds, The College offers all the latest facilities to help students grow in confidence and learn independence.

About the role:
In this role you will provide support to students with Epilepsy, Autism and a range of needs associated with severe learning difficulties, including sensory, physical and medical complexities.
You will be responsible for:
1. Supporting students to enable them to access learning, using needs-specific, personalised approaches, both with 1:1 and group learning situations.
2. Contributing to individual student records, reports, etc., in consultation with the Teacher and specialist staff.
3. Attending and contributing to classroom, curriculum, staff and other meetings as appropriate
4. Administration support essential to the smooth running of the College
5. Promoting high standards of hygiene and welfare for the students within the class
6. Liaising with senior staff or designated safeguard leads as appropriate.
