The Role
As a Marketing and Communications Associate you’ll contribute positively to QinetiQ’s reputation with key stakeholders as well as delivering impactful communications that support QinetiQ’s company goals.
Day-to-day, you’ll create and edit engaging content for blogs, social media and the website. You’ll also support the execution of marketing campaigns, analyse performance metrics to inform future strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans
* Drafting and editing communication copy and materials to create engaging and creative content for a variety of channels (blogs, social media, website, intranet), tailored to a range of audiences
* Analysing the impact and effectiveness of all marketing activity to help inform future plans and engagement
* Showcasing our brand, company priorities and culture through high-quality digital content that informs, educates and inspires our audiences
Essential experience of the Marketing and Communications Associate:
* Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, particularly in digital and social media environments
* Demonstrable skills in creating engaging content across multiple platforms
* The ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively
* Familiarity with planning and analysing marketing campaigns, measuring against predefined KPI’s
Essential qualifications for the Marketing and Communications Associate:
* A degree-level education or 2+ year’s experience in marketing, communications or a related field
This role is 37 hours per week based at Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns available.
