Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who provide to the UK’s Foodservice, Retail, and B2B markets. You’ll oversee product lines from soups and sauces to pies and desserts, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Your focus will be on managing key customer relationships, boosting sales, and collaborating with development teams to bring high-quality, innovative products to market. Principle Responsibilities for the Commercial Manager :-
· Collaborate closely with the Development team and lead cross-functional efforts to drive business planning initiatives.
· Apply Category Management principles to create win-win solutions, including expanding distribution, securing new listings, and achieving range review successes.
· Craft a mutually profitable business plan focused on driving growth across key performance metrics.
· Maintain strong organizational practices by efficiently managing ledger queries related to pricing, invoices, and claims.
Person specification:-
1. Possess a degree-level education.
2. Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with the confidence to make sound business decisions.
3. Skilled in building, leading, negotiating, and finalizing commercially viable Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with customers.
4. Experienced in managing relationships with multiple customers, including senior-level stakeholders.
5. Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting comprehensive data.
This is a full time permanent Commercial Manager position, Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of £40-60k plus Company car, Store Discounts, Company Pension and Bonus Scheme.
