Role Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of corporate and business tax clients
2. Oversee the production of Corporation Tax Returns, computations, and related advice
3. Provide remuneration planning and profit extraction strategies for clients
4. Advise on tax issues surrounding business acquisitions and disposals, including Business Asset Disposal Relief, in collaboration with the Corporate Finance team on M&A transactions
5. Lead corporate group restructuring projects and advise on Capital Allowances
