This is an office based, permanent job opportunity working 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. THE JOB Key Responsibilities: As an Office Administrator, your duties will include: General Administrative Support Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring messages are relayed promptly Preparing, formatting, and distributing documents such as memos, reports, and presentations Maintaining the office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are well-organised and accessible Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff Ensuring office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) are in good working order and arranging maintenance when necessary.
