We are currently looking for a driven and adaptable Growth Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our marketing strategy across the business, involving regular interaction between all departments. Requirements
* Promoting a culture of growth and inclusiveness throughout the business
* Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
* Staying updated on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio
* Assisting in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events
* Helping create and manage marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across channels
* Conducting competitor and customer research; monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics
* Supporting website updates, SEO, social media, and email marketing initiatives
* Assisting with event planning and execution, including promotions and trade shows
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align marketing activities
* Maintaining marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and managing administrative tasks
* Managing Value Added Services campaigns' profit & loss across the financial year

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with colleagues
* Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus
* Experience in similar roles
* Experience using marketing CRM and content design software
