Mode Search is currently partnered with a Global Luxury House in their search for an Assistant Manager, based in Heathrow.
This brand is known for their innovative craftsmanship and designs, and their collections range from men and women’s contemporary ready-to-wear, accessories, and exquisite leather goods.
The successful applicant will report to the Store Manager and oversee the daily duties of a team of up to 10 members.
The Role
* Effectively lead, develop, and support the sales and operations team members to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
* Demonstrate dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leadership with strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients while setting expectations for unsurpassed customer service.
* Support the Store Manager in developing and executing in-store events and activations.
* Develop the performance of employees by increasing motivation, innovation, enthusiasm, and engagement.
* Support, brief, and coach Sales Advisors on the brand, collections, in-store experience, and store policies on uniforms, grooming guidelines, and so on.
* Achieve and/or exceed Sales Plan: Partner with the Sales Manager to create, communicate, and execute a vision for the sales team.
* Clienteling/Service Excellence: Manage to lead and champion team in executing consistent and superior sales and service delivery to increase and retain customer loyalty.
* Develop a sales strategy in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
* Leadership and team management, ability to motivate and encourage a strong customer service mindset.
