Anglian Demolition & Asbestos Ltd are based in Attleborough, Norfolk, providing a range of services to clients within East Anglia. The role will report to the Managing Director.
You will be responsible for all marketing communications activity for the entire Anglian group of services, including:
* PR & Communications including written communications for the Group such as press releases, features, case studies and newsletters, and media liaison. You will be a skilled communicator with a keen eye for a great story and the ability to tell the story across a range of channels and to a range of audiences.
* Coordination and creation of marketing materials to support the business needs such as case studies, printed literature and digital templates.
* Management of all social media activity, including content creation using Canva or similar, delivering a plan that focuses on growing followers, client interaction and customer/business lead generation across our main social media channels (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram), creating exciting and compelling content for a wide range of audiences.
* Planning and implementing paid social media activity, and reviewing its performance.
* Stewardship of the Anglia brand, to ensure consistency across all materials and to maintain a professional image.
* A keen eye for a great photo, particularly on-site to showcase our vast and varied projects.
* Media planning and buying for advertising campaigns across print and digital channels, as well as channels such as Google Ads.
* Maintaining and updating the company website using WordPress.
With excellent organisational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload for our internal divisions, you’ll be able to work effectively individually and as part of a team to support our business objectives. You’ll not only have creative flair and excellent project coordination skills, but also a good eye and great attention to detail.
Key Duties:
Delivering and contributing to marketing, communications and digital content creation including:
* Implementing Anglian’s marketing and digital content strategy;
* Digital marketing management (incl. social media content and website maintenance);
* PR & Communications for a range of audiences;
* Company branding and messaging in line with our vision and values;
* Design, marketing materials, and advertising;
* Support wider Company commitments and projects as required.
Person Specification:
* Minimum 2-years’ marketing experience, with good content creation skills within a business context;
* Good understanding of the principles of marketing;
* Hard-working and well organised;
* Able to use a range of marketing tools and techniques including Canva and WordPress;
* Team player, able to work individually and collaboratively;
* Adaptive and keen to develop and progress;
* Passionate about what they do, ability to bring ideas, with a creative approach;
* Professional and approachable.

Competitive - £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (Discussed at interview stage, dependent on experience)
