We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Assistant to join our team in London. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various corporate events, from industry conferences and client meetings to internal workshops and networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the organization of events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
2. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to meet event requirements.
3. Manage invitations, registrations, and guest lists.
4. Support event marketing, including social media, emails, and promotional materials.
5. Handle logistics such as catering, audiovisual setups, and travel arrangements.
6. Provide on-site support during events to ensure a seamless experience.
7. Maintain post-event reports and feedback analysis for continuous improvement.
8. Keep event databases up to date and handle post-event archiving.
9. Update the events intranet pages.
10. Any other requirements as needed.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in event planning, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
6. A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
