Key duties
* Scheduling engineer works
* Keeping clients updated with updates
* Manage a client 'ticketing' system
* Handle inbound and outbound calls
* Manage the helpdesk's workflow
* Preparing client quotations and supporting with sales administration
What you'll need to succeed
* Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
* Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk role
* Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential.
