Key Responsibilities: Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Foster curiosity, creativity, and independence through hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive learning experiences. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, tailoring learning to meet individual needs. Encourage communication and language skills through meaningful conversations, songs, and group activities. Work closely with parents and caregivers, building strong relationships to support each child’s development. Observe, assess, and track progress, providing insightful feedback and ensuring every child reaches their potential. Promote positive behavior and emotional well-being, nurturing confidence and resilience in every child. Collaborate with colleagues to create a holistic, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage young learners with enthusiasm and creativity. A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching.
