About the role:
This is a new, exciting role, with the opportunity to work centrally for the Trust across all secondary schools. You will work alongside the CEO and Director of Secondary Education, supporting our secondary schools and leaders with best practice, quality assurance and development.
The successful candidate will gain a wide range of experience and be encouraged to develop professionally, with a view to being well prepared for promotion into Senior Deputy Headteacher, Head of School or Headship at some point in the future.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. To support the director of secondary education in providing action plans for the Trust’s secondary schools
2. To support and lead Senior and Middle Leaders and Heads within our schools
3. Providing training for school staff
4. Support schools in developing an accessible curriculum
Work Schedule:
This role will be split between being based in one school (eg; 0.3), and across the trust in all secondary schools (eg; 0.7). Part-time of 0.8 would be considered.
