Job Overview
The role requires you to excel in enthusiasm as part of our Client Experience Team. It is a vital role, and you will become the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and emails.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming calls with minimum waiting time in a professional manner.
2. Evaluate each request made over the phone and allocate them accordingly.
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service is adhered to.
4. Maintain member confidentiality.
5. Establish and maintain efficient working relationships with colleagues and members.
6. Stack calls from members where appropriate, ensuring all calls are answered.
7. Ensure cover has arrived before leaving the switchboard so the phones are manned at all times.
8. Ensure all emails to the Client Experience email address are dealt with in a timely manner and forwarded onto the appropriate department/person and logged in accordance with protocols.
9. Log service issues.
10. Log retention opportunities.
11. Log overflow of advice calls onto the Advice system.
12. Stamp, sort, log, and allocate incoming post for the department.
13. Scan documents as needed.
14. Order flowers and hampers within protocols.
15. Update additional callers' lists within protocols.
16. Post expired member letters within SLA.
17. Post BLE hard copy letters within SLA.
18. Conduct ad hoc project work.
19. Manage inboxes - H&S, SI's, CX, RR, supporting Drift (web Chat), Sending Interflora.
