About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 3 to 19, offering tailored support to meet their individual educational and emotional needs. Working Hours : 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs. Assist in implementing personalised education and support plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals. Encourage social interaction and support emotional well-being within a nurturing environment. Aid in classroom management and deliver tailored interventions to facilitate progress. Adapt to the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity in all learning activities. Requirements A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this role. Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable. Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.
