Admin Assistant

Please note this is an office-based role - working hours are 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday.
Your role will include but not limited to:
* Submitting finance applications to our panel of funders once a sale is made by the sales team.
* Ensuring finance documents are sent out and completed following finance approval.
* Updating CRM and customers with lead times for vehicles on order.
* Arranging vehicle deliveries.
* Submitting delivery paperwork to funders within set SLA’s.
* Supplier database maintenance.
* Managing customer service enquiries.
* Help foster and develop strong client relationships.
* Arranging vehicle collections.
* Managing customer queries and extension/renewal/early lease termination quotes.
