Your role will include but not limited to: Submitting finance applications to our panel of funders once a sale is made by the sales team. Ensuring finance documents are sent out and completed following finance approval. Updating CRM and customers with lead times for vehicles on order. Arranging vehicle deliveries. Submitting delivery paperwork to funders within set SLA's. Supplier database maintenance. Managing customer service enquiries. Help foster and develop strong client relationships. Arranging vehicle collections. Managing customer queries and extension/renewal/early lease termination quotes. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Phone friendly. A confident communicator who easily builds rapport. A positive mindset and a ‘can do' approach. Have strong attention to detail.
