British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a HR Executive (Fixed Term Contract) in Chiswick, London.
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
To support the HR Business Partner community across the UK and NWEA office in London by coordinating administrative support across all HR workstreams and contributing to key processes improvement and data quality assurance.
Please note this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Talent Management: to support HR BPs in coordinating and planning the annual performance review and the succession & career planning processes. This includes planning and preparation of all performance management and leadership potential assessment-related activities throughout the HR cycle, ensuring data accuracy on HR systems and the timely provision of reports.
* Recruitment and selection: support HR BPs and line managers to ensure the timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection of internal and external candidates (including immigration and relocation, as applicable.
* Headcount and employment cost: support HR BPs in maintaining and reviewing headcount and all other employment costs drivers, also in cooperation with Finance. Contribute to reporting and analysis by guaranteeing high standards of data quality.
* Reward: under supervision by the HR BPs, coordinate the preparation of the annual salary and bonus review processes for all groups of staff, allowing for effective control on budgetary expenditure through accurate and timely reporting.
* Data management: act as data quality and GDPR champion for HR; deliver excellent standards of data quality in support of Talent Management, Recruitment, Employment Costs analysis and Reward processes, whilst contributing to the ongoing improvement of such processes in light of GDPR regulation, in coordination with the Legal department.
* Change Management: support HR BPs in delivering training and other change management initiatives aimed at empowering line management and employees and promoting the full implementation of the HR operating model.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in a commercial environment, either generalist or more preferably in an admin or specialist capacity
* Higher Education (preferably in Human Resources or related field)
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office (fluent user of excel)
* SAP and/or Success Factors experience would be highly desirable but not essential
* Good level of understanding of modern resourcing & assessment techniques
* Good level of understanding of learning & development principles
* Good communicating/listening/influencing skills
* Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills
* Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
* Proactive & Eager to Learn
