This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Structural Engineer to join an ambitious and highly respected consultancy who work on a variety of projects for a plethora of high-end clients, where you will have ample opportunity for further technical development, chartership support and clear progression to Director.
Are you a recent graduate or junior structural engineer looking for a new opportunity to join a highly reputable consultancy? Do you want to join a company where you will have full support on any training and chartership and a clear progression route to Director?
This respected and successful consultancy operates across the UK and Ireland and offers a variety of services to their portfolio of blue chip clients. They provide services in structural and civil engineering, feasibility services, client representation, and sustainability practices. Most of the projects they consult on are large industrial and commercial projects. Working with such high-value clientele means they have a strong emphasis on quality, which has led to their consistent success since establishment. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and growing workforce with this great opportunity.
This is a varied role where you will be working as part of a team, completing a wide range of detailed engineering designs as part of live projects, both large and small in size. You will have a steady increase in responsibility and the opportunity to run some of your own small-scale roles ahead of promotion to Project Engineer. You will also be using 3D structural modelling software to analyze and design structures, preparing reports and sketches, and working closely with Technicians to prepare drawings and other project deliverables.
This role would ideally suit a well-educated, highly ambitious, and experienced Engineer who wants to actively work towards their chartership and progress their career long-term in a well-setup, highly supportive, growing Engineering Consultancy. The right candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a UK Engineering Consultancy and experience creating buildings with structural steel and concrete. Ideally, you should have worked in industrial buildings before, however, this is not essential.
On offer is the chance for the right candidate to work in a company that genuinely cares for you and supports your career and training while working on a selection of varied and interesting projects for some very large name clients. They provide personal chartership support, accelerated career progression, and a supportive, forward-thinking working environment.

* Great opportunity for further technical development, chartership support, and career progression
The Person:
