Finance Office Manager – Ashburton – Permanent Position - £35,000 - £40,000 D.O.E. – Full Time - 9am - 5pm - Free Parking, Office Based, Pension and Sick Pay Schemes. 28 Days Holidays. Available to start January 2025.
With over 1,500 clients, this is a busy and varied role. As Manager, you will be supported by 1 x P/T Credit Controller and 1 x P/T Administrator to enable you to run the office with the main focus on Accounts & Finance.
Responsibilities:
1. Extensive working knowledge required on SAGE50.
2. Dealing with all aspects of Accounts to include Sales & Bought Ledger, Profit and Loss, Weekly Payroll, Banking, Bank Reconciliations, Credit Control, Petty Cash, Invoicing, Analyses and creating Monthly Accounts.
3. Managing 2 x Office Staff and liaising with Site Managers.
This busy varied role needs an outgoing, confident, and engaging personality as you will be dealing with a large customer base where Customer Service is paramount.
Minimum Requirements:
1. AAT Level 3 or equivalent.
2. Own transport required as the office is not near any transport links.
To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate on interview your ability to meet the main criteria of the role with past experience and working knowledge.
