We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to students in their learning journey. If you are passionate about education and committed to helping children succeed, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
* Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they are fully included in learning.
* Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to support their development.

* Experience working with children is essential, ideally in an educational setting.
