Executive Assistant – International Interior Design Firm, Victoria
£55,000 - £75,000 GPA (depending on experience)
A pivotal opportunity has arisen to support the Founder of a highly acclaimed international interior design firm. This role is based at their Victoria office and involves providing seamless executive and personal assistance, ensuring the Founder’s busy professional and private life runs smoothly.
This is an exciting chance to work alongside an inspirational leader within a fast-paced and creative environment. The position offers significant scope for growth, particularly in the areas of PR and Marketing.
You’ll be taking over from a well-regarded EA who is leaving after three years to relocate abroad. A thorough handover will be provided, and the new hire is ideally expected to start by late April or earlier.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the gatekeeper for the Founder.
* Attending meetings, taking notes, and managing priorities.
* Diary and email management.
* Ensuring smooth coordination during the Founder’s frequent travel.
* Managing private appointments and liaising with household staff.
* Keeping an eye on household operations and ensuring priorities are clear.
* Working closely with the company’s PR firm to progress campaigns and ensure all actions are followed through.
* Supporting the Founder’s vision in maintaining and building the firm’s brand presence.
* Monitoring and supporting the junior PA who handles the travel bookings.

* Calm Under Pressure: Comfortable handling changes and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
* Experienced: Ideally, four years of experience supporting UHNW individuals.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Tech Savvy: Quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
* Marketing & PR Experience: A keen eye for branding and campaign management.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £55,000 - £75,000 GPA, depending on experience.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to assist with travel or urgent matters.
