Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with an established business based in Royston to help them find a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR .
We are looking for someone with a customer driven background that has experience in engaging with and customers and assisting them throughout the sales order process.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR must be competent in Microsoft programmes, specifically Excel and must be strong in written communications as much as verbal.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
* Dependent on experience, we will consider candidates within the range of £25,000-£27,000 per annum
* 25 days (plus the standard bank holidays)
* Monday- Thursday 9am to 5pm, Fri 9am to 3pm!
* Possibility of Home working on a Friday. (Office-based Mon-Thurs)
* On-site parking or a 10-minute walk from the train station.
THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, are;
1. Compiling and entering complex sales orders onto the SAGE CRM or Excel database
2. Involvement in sales projects including new products or industries
3. Assisting the Sales team with the production of quotations
4. Working with the Sales team to ascertain pricing based on tangibles such as; total order amount, product used, volume of business, etc
