About The Role
Role Purpose: To lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical service propositions within Lloyds Clinical. This role will be instrumental in shaping innovative services that enhance patient care, support medicines adherence, and align with NHS priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop market-leading clinical service propositions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
* Lead the implementation of pilot programs, monitoring their effectiveness and refining service models.
* Collaborate with NHS bodies, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare professionals to co-create impactful services.
* Ensure all propositions adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to commercialize and scale services post-pilot.
* Provide thought leadership in clinical service innovation, positioning Lloyds Clinical as a trusted partner within the healthcare sector.

About You
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of NHS structures, policies, and clinical service commissioning.
* Experience in service design, development, and implementation within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and project management.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and financial models.
* Understanding of medicines adherence and patient support programs.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
* Postgraduate qualification in Business, Health Economics, or similar.
* Experience in pharmaceutical-funded service development.
* Knowledge of homecare and secondary care service models.
