As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will: Directly support victims affected by hate crime & ensure the provision of tailored one-to-one support Help victims receive the support required to complete their journey through the criminal justice system and access additional support services Develop networks of agencies for ongoing/specialist support and report on the effectiveness of relationships with partners Work with a team of staff and volunteers to reflect community needs and deliver bespoke services to vulnerable victims You will need: Good communication & networking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team To build customer value Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification for further details.
