About the Role: Teach Design & Technology, with a focus on Product Design, across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for teaching at Key Stage 5. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Guide and support students in using a range of tools, equipment, and materials. Encourage students to apply their knowledge of design principles. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development. Foster a love of Design & Technology in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Design & Technology. Demonstrates a passion for teaching D&T. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
