Who are we?
We do things a bit differently.
There’s no corporate nonsense, no old-fashioned hierarchy, and definitely no micro-management (we’re not a fan!).
We are a collective of young(ish) entrepreneurs running a digital marketing agency in the heart of Birmingham. We are self-starters who get stuff done and pull together as a squad to achieve big things.
What we do?
We work with e-commerce brands around the world from Malta to Malaysia, helping to scale their businesses through creative-led and data-driven social media marketing campaigns. We work with multiple 7 figure brands from a colourful variety of sectors including health, beauty, sportswear, fashion, kids toys and more.
The role?
Creating content isn’t just about ideas—it’s about executing, shooting, and systemizing content that cuts through the noise.
To do that, we need someone who understands content inside out—someone who knows what makes a creator tick, can push them to deliver their best work, and can build a system that consistently produces high-impact content without chaos. Oh, and you won’t just be managing content—you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and shooting it yourself.
We’re on the hunt for a Talent Manager / Content Creator —someone who can scout talent, manage relationships, provide razor-sharp feedback, and oversee both in-house and remote content production like a pro. You will be responsible for building a high-performing talent network while also leading the in-house creation of new assets, ensuring a steady pipeline of fresh, high-quality content.
This is an office-based role where you’ll be hands-on in refining production processes, leading an in-house content team, and working closely with our Creative Strategists—each managing their own roster of brands. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects while keeping a keen eye on creative quality, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing?
Managing Content Creators & Talent
* Own the relationship management process—from scouting and onboarding to ongoing coaching and feedback.
* Build a network of top-tier creators, ensuring we always have the right talent for the right projects.
* Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators to refine their work and maximize performance.
* Balance creative freedom with direction—pushing for quality while keeping creators engaged and motivated.
* Manage reshoot requests with a people-first approach, ensuring content improvements while maintaining strong relationships.
Talent Scouting & Recruitment
* Proactively scout new content creators, models, and talent to keep our roster strong.
* Build relationships with local and online talent networks to source top-tier content creators, sometimes searching in obscure places to find the right people.
* Ensure talent selection is diverse, authentic, and aligned with our brand needs.
Remote Content Production & Live Direction
* Manage a network of remote content creators, ensuring they deliver high-quality content on time.
* Provide live, real-time direction over video calls—guiding creators as they shoot.
* Give structured, detailed feedback on content submissions to help creators refine their approach.
* Develop remote content guidelines that streamline the process and set expectations for quality and performance.
In-House Studio & Shoots
* Identify content gaps across campaigns and brands, proactively planning in-house shoots to fill those needs with high-impact assets.
* Lead in-house productions from concept to execution—managing studio setups, models, lighting, and shot composition.
* Plan and execute content shoots that align with brand goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-production and UGC, performance-driven assets.
* Collaborate with our Creative Strategists to ensure each shoot meets campaign objectives and enhances overall content strategy.
* Maintain and optimize the studio space, ensuring it’s always production-ready for efficient, seamless shoots.
Process Building & Leadership
* Take ownership of building and refining workflows for both in-house and remote content production.
* Collaborate with Creative Strategists to streamline content requests and fulfillment.
* Create structured onboarding and training processes for new creators.
* Establish a scalable system that allows us to produce high-performing content at speed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background

* Strong portfolio showcasing content you’ve worked on or shot for brands (this can include UGC, influencer content, or in-house brand work).
* Proven ability to manage people and relationships, especially with content creators and models.
* Experience providing feedback and direction to content creators.

Why Venture Beyond?
* We don’t do boring. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of content production.
* You get to build something real. You won’t just manage creators—you’ll develop and refine the entire process.
