Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach - Lifting Operations Instructor / Assessor

What you’ll be doing:
* Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and practical assessment that comply with recognised industry codes of practice.
* Engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully operate in a safe and consistent manner.
* Design and develop learning content in accordance with defined codes of practice as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering Operational excellence.
* Design & develop training packages to meet the demands of new innovations in technology or equipment to meet business needs.
* Ensure effective recording/reporting of performance data in support of delivery and evidence audit.
* Liaison with the industry governing bodies (NPORS, LEEA etc.) to maximise the link between Training Centre and workplace learning opportunities.
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience of heavy lifting, tandem lifts, various ranges of overhead and mobile cranes and relevant occupational competence to a minimum of SVQ/NVQ 3 or equivalent.
* Qualified/registered with an industry accredited body (NPORS/NVQ or equivalent).
* Strong coaching skills.
