The Job Role
* Assistant Hospitality Manager within a Corporate environment in Birmingham City Centre
* Providing a top level of service in this high volume corporate hospitality venue
* Maintain exemplary customer service standards that are set out by the venue
The Requirements
* A strong hotel or venue background
* Have the ability to lead from the front.
* Sense of ownership and accountability
* Second to none service standards; the Assistant Hospitality Manager will have a calm approach to busy service periods.
* This role would be well suited to an experienced C&B Supervisor or Duty Manager
