Key duties:
* Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and property owners, ensuring seamless operations
* Appointment Management: Arrange and facilitate property viewings, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed
* Contract Management: Issue contracts and agreements, handling all related correspondence with attention to detail
* Property Inventories: Conduct detailed inventories of properties, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation
* General Administration: Maintain meticulous records and handle all general administrative tasks
Experience needed:
* Experience in a similar role (Sales or Estate Agency)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Confidence with computers and managing data
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
