What are we looking for?
* An entrepreneurial property professional who has in depth experience of helping clients marketing and selling their homes
* Proven listing and marketing sales experience
* Track record of success within the workplace
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Flexible approach to workload and able to work under pressure
* A ‘positive’ and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
* A visionary with medium / long range goals / ambitious
* Excellent IT and communication skills
* Ability to create marketing strategies for clients
* Able to create a great first impression and a better lasting impression as a Preston Baker brand ambassador
* A full Driving License and access to a vehicle
