Halifax Water is currently seeking one (1) Regular Full-time Collection Systems Operator Apprentice.

Qualifications
This position requires Grade 12, two years of experience operating and maintaining sanitary and stormwater related infrastructure, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safe work practices. This is a regular unionized position.
Responsibilities
The position requires the performance of scheduled and emergency cleaning, repair and maintenance of sanitary and stormwater related infrastructure. Operation of vehicles, equipment, and tools in a safe manner to perform such functions in all weather conditions and in confined spaces. All employees in this classification contribute to meeting the operational objectives of Halifax Water.
