Fleet Finance Development Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Development Manager to work for one of the UKs top vehicle finance providers. This is a new role, and you will need to have Retail and Fleet sales/finance experience, as you will be working with the fleet sales team to develop business relationships and funded volume across a broad range of Fleet sectors, as well as launching new PCH/CH products across the networks.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Development of finance client relationships within a defined geographic territory supporting relevant members of the Fleet Team.
2. Using your knowledge of fleet finance solutions to bring new PCH products to market to open up new business lines.
3. Supporting the finance journey for all prospects and customers both personally and through the sales team.
4. Providing expert advice and service to the broader field team, prospects, and customers.
5. Supporting Regional Managers in the compliant delivery of fleet funding solutions.
6. Working with Fleet teams to develop and deliver fleet funded volume to target delivery.
7. Reviewing all existing fleet finance business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements and greater efficiencies.
8. Upskilling dealers on new products and new market opportunities.
Key experience required includes:
1. Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
2. Excellent Dealer Finance knowledge covering retail and fleet finance.
3. Strong knowledge of fleet finance systems, solutions, and compliance to be able to perform a management role with colleagues and ensure adherence.
4. Advanced network knowledge to be able to define and produce retailer centric solutions.
The role can be based in any location but will involve commuting to sites across the territory you're supporting. This can either be Scotland and the north, midlands or southern territories.
