If so, this fast-paced Business Manager-Wales role in the Food & Beverages industry at Britvic might be the perfect fit for you. In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for managing and growing the hospitality channel, with an ambitious target of expanding distribution and working closely with marketing and brand teams to create impactful executions that facilitate the achievement of the overall budget plan. Your drive, enthusiasm, and ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups will be key to exploring opportunities beyond traditional contract compliance and driving year-on-year growth. Key Responsibilities • Drive in-year delivery by transforming distribution, volume, and share footprint across all customers through execution of contractual terms and a challenger mindset approach to driving compliance. • Manage the P&L of customers and portfolio to accurately report on performance, forecast, ROI of promotional activities, and investment accruals. • Lead the thinking and be passionate about identifying, resourcing, winning, and converting new business opportunities. • Develop RTM account management relationships to unlock further distribution with both existing customers and untapped opportunities. • Continually review and improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team. • Champion a coaching, learning, and development culture. • Ensure activity processes are embedded through quality and timely business case submissions. • Build a commercial contact strategy and evolve the breadth, depth, and seniority of your customer contacts across the annual plan cycle. Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Practical experience in a beverage or food environment, category management, and managing customer relationships. • Strong commercial skills across a range of channels/companies. • Excellent communication skills (written & presented) with strong storytelling and facilitation abilities. • Demonstrable capability in applying category management thinking. • Good understanding of the latest consumer/shopper/market insight techniques.
