The ideal candidate will provide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making processes, improve financial performance, and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between finance and operational teams, ensuring that financial considerations are integral to business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support business units in understanding financial implications and driving performance improvements. Work closely with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support on business initiatives. Analyse and monitor production costs, working capital, and overheads to ensure cost control and efficiency. Implement and maintain robust cost management processes, including variance analysis and reporting. Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to achieve financial targets. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. Qualifications & Experience Required Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a business partnering capacity. Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is essential. Proven track record of providing financial analysis and business support to operational teams. Technical Skills: Strong forecasting, and budgeting skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
