Business Analyst
Bristol, Hybrid
I am working with one of my long-standing Bristol-based clients to find a Business Analyst with excellent soft skills and leadership potential to join a team of Business Change-focused Business Analysts.
This team has developed over the past few years to be high-performing, and they need another Business Analyst to hit the ground running!
Whilst experience as a Business Analyst is very important, there is a real focus on personality and approach for this role:
* The organisation is relatively unstructured, and you must be confident operating in an environment that is still establishing process and structure.
* Stakeholders are new/resistant to change - you must be confident pushing back to stakeholders and having difficult conversations - a strong personality is essential!
* Problem-solving, coming up with your own to-do list, being inquisitive, and taking initiative are all key here.
* Experience with IT projects is beneficial but this is not purely an IT Business Analyst role - you'll be operating across Business Change, Operations, IT, and other projects, often multiple at once.
Experience working in small teams and small organisations would be a bonus for this Business Analyst role. Ideally, you'll have around 2-3 years + of experience as a Business Analyst to be considered for this position.
This role will be operating on a hybrid basis from a central Bristol office, and you must be located within a commutable distance of Bristol to be considered. Applications which do not clearly show this will be automatically rejected.
