TRANSPORT PROJECT OFFICER 6 MONTHS INTERIM CONTRACT HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE OFFICE BASED IN HOUNSLOW £20.00PHR UMBRELLA RATE PURPOSE OF ROLE: Logging and managing of responses to a range of enquiries within the CXM, such as: Casework (Members & MPs), Freedom of Information requests (FOI), Environmental Information Regulation requests (EIR), Formal Complaints (both Stage 1 and Stage 2) and Ombudsman enquiries. To respond to a range of enquiries within the Traffic, Transport and Parking inboxes. To provide effective and efficient business support services for the Traffic, Transport and Parking Team. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Effectively manage and deliver casework and in line with agreed timeline. Deal with customer’s comments and complaints via our inboxes and resolve them to avoid escalating any further. Lead on taking administrative tasks including processing applications for Street Parties and Disabled Bay applications. To arrange provision of all service area purchasing and delivery of goods. In depth knowledge of supporting financial and procurement ordering systems, including internal stationery and specialist equipment supplies. Skills and knowledge to use and manage ICT systems to support all TTP services providing information to support managers and responding to customer enquiries. Ensure the quality standards of correspondence are at a high level. Provide advice and support as and when required. To work with other services across the division such to provide smooth functioning of administration and support of the service, and to provide cover when required
