Staffline is recruiting candidates to work as a Forklift Instructor with our client - an industry-leading automotive manufacturer - in Solihull. This full-time, temp-to-perm, role offers rotating day and afternoon shifts working Monday - Friday. The hours of work are: - 5.45am to 1pm - 1.15pm to 9pm - 8.45pm to 6.15am Join today and earn a yearly salary of £30,000 plus a shift allowance of up to 22.5%. Overtime is available and rate is £26.19 to £30.56 per hour. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Successful applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence, train the trainer certificate and the relevant qualifications (RTITB / ITTSAR). Your Time at Work The responsibilities of a Forklift Instructor include: - Conducting all Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) training in line with current legislation and licence requirements - Updating skills matrix - Ensuring all training records are maintained - Arranging refresher and corrective MHE training Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Forklift Instructor is reliable and comfortable working independently using their initiative. They have previous experience in an MHE training capacity. Computer literacy and strong communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
