Base pay range
We are supporting a client who is looking to hire a Talent Marketing Manager to help drive their national and international growth through effective talent attraction strategies.
This role will work closely with internal teams across Sales and Delivery, while also building strong relationships with external partners such as universities and job boards to increase reach and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and creative approach to talent marketing, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to track and report on key recruitment data.
Responsibilities
General
* Establish and design new talent attraction processes, with creative out-of-the-box thinking.
* Create and implement best practice ways of attracting top-tier talent.
* Develop excellent knowledge of our client and talent requirements across all development programmes and Sales and Delivery teams, flexing to the needs and requirements of the different business functions.
* Build relationships across our client and identify present and future hiring needs.
* Build and regularly engage with talent pools that meet the requirements for our clients present and future hiring needs.
* Utilise resources and continuously research talent attraction market trends and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
* Design and implement candidate sourcing processes across multiple channels.
* Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to ensure tone of voice and brand alignment.
* Organise and attend recruitment events to regularly engage with top talent.
* Develop strong relationships with potential talent.
* Regularly update and escalate any recruitment issues to Talent Director and key stakeholders.
* Be instrumental in the development of the talent attraction strategy and the delivery of strategic goals.
* Understand our clients recruitment objectives and goals and develop a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Give regular updates to wider team on talent pipeline against current and future demand.
* Contribute and highlight opportunities to make process improvements.
Talent Attraction
* Create strong eye-catching recruitment campaigns across multiple channels utilising our clients attraction partners.
* Develop a strong working understanding of social media channels, CV databases and professional networks (LinkedIn recruiter, GitHub, Slack).
* Proactive recruitment across multiple channels to support hiring demands.
Talent Management
* As the Talent function develops, and to support the growth of the business, work with Manager to recruit and grow Talent Attraction team.
* Lead by example, showcasing our clients values.
