To provide a first class customer service to our external and internal customers, Plan in the work for our field-based colleagues whilst liaising with customers and ensuring the job can be completed efficiently.
Duties-
* Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
* Provide all required information for each job
* Organise the use of sub-contractors if required, raising PO’s
* Understand planning KPI’s and the revenue tracker
* Ensure all information is recorded
Order parts to be used for each job
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Logistics / Planning roles is essential
* Water Treatment (advantageous)
* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
* Being commercially driven to ensure the right decisions are made
