We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team as a Joinery Manager / Estimator in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Our client, a family-run business, has been a respected name in the woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and laminating industry for over 60 years. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements. Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations. Provide CAD drawings to clients. Order materials from suppliers and prepare job sheets for workshop production. Oversee and liaise with the workshop manager during the production process. Arrange delivery of completed joinery products to their destination. Meet with customers in the office or on-site to build strong working relationships. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in joinery estimating or a related field (essential). Strong understanding of joinery materials and techniques. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Proficient in estimating software and tools. Experienced in using CAD software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence (essential). Schedule: Full-time, permanent role: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Additional Pay: Bonus scheme available. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma of Higher Education (preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ joinery experience (required). Work Location: On-site in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.
