The Walled Garden, children facility is home to over 3000 Woodcote junior members and their friends. As a leisure assistant you are responsible for providing a warm, friendly welcome, along with taking food and drinks orders, making coffee, managing pool and activity bookings to ensure an exceptional member experience. This role is for 5 days a week over a 7 day rota, which includes working weekends. Responsibilities: To be the warm welcoming face of the Walled Garden. Deliver a positive memorable Member journey and an experience of the highest quality. Keep each area of the operation clean and tidy to ensure standards are met. Taking orders for food and drinks, operating the café POS correctly. Communicate with internal teams including maintenance and housekeeping. Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety policy.
